SAP HCM Developer
9 month contract in London City to start 6th of February
On behalf of our client we are looking for SAP HCM Developer for 9 months contract in London City which is due to start in the beginning of February.
Qualifications:
Experience/Skills:
• At least 2 yrs in SAP ABAP HCM
• Detailed understanding of systems development lifecycles and Implementation methodologies
• Ability to develop project plans and schedules for complex projects
• Ability to forge close working relationships with business customers and promote the credibility/value add of IT within the business
• Candidate should be capable of understanding of business requirements, identifying gaps with the standard SAP solution, creating Functional Specifications and managing their development cycle.
• Effective communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpretation skills are required
• Consultant must have positive time management configuration experience
