Mobile service administrator with Dutch
Job Description:
Primarily responsible for managing the Mobile Fleet and associated activities for our client in Dutch, Czech and English language.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Ordering / Activation of Mobility Services, Resolution of Customer Queries (Email / Phone)
• Liaising with the various support groups for resolving queries (Service Provider, IT or Finance)
• Responsible for maintaining the Intranet Site
• Maintenance of the Inventory and production of Monthly Financial Metrics using a fleet management and telecom expense management tool
• Responsible for roll out of Consumption Reports to the end users and management reporting (using tool).
• Optimization of the fleet, tariff plans ect.
• Supplier management
• Project coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, IT support or related field
• Good Communication Skills in English, Dutch, Czech must. Other language is advantage.
• Prior experience from customer service or IT support
• Independent and with good level of initiative
• Able to coordinate activity between multiple resolution groups and end users
• Good exposure to MS Office tools – Outlook , Excel & Access Database
