The position details are as follows:-

Manager SAP Financial Accounting & controlling

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology Support -India

JOB TITLE: Manager – SAP Financial

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for implementing FICO SAP module & providing support on an ongoing basis

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

§ Position reports to: Head- Enterprise Applications

§ Workers supervised: SAP FICO Service Agents / consultant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



· Will be required to work for SAP rollout projects & for providing Level one support for his/her module.

· Act as an internal consultant during SAP rollout projects work closely with end users, power users & implementation team for configuring, testing Organisation specific process & managing data migrations for his/her module.

· Complete Application Management for his/her module at site/off site where deputed

· Analyse of symptoms, define the problem and provide the solution

· Continuous interaction with the internal and external partners during the entire solution lifecycle to achieve continuous improvements of solutions and problem management based on an agreed process.

· Deliver Solutions according to SLA & OLAs.

· Conduct end user trainings and Internal know how transfer.

· Coordinate with other consultants across module and with global team i.e. Level 3 team.

· Act as an escalation point for his/her module issues

· Act as an expert technical resources for his/ her module

· Responsible for Generating service reports

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:



Education/Experience:

· BCOM, CA, ICWA, MBA(Finance)

· Certification in SAP will be added advantage

· Have worked as lead consultant in at least 3-4 full life cycles or more SAP implementation project.

· Have worked in SAP Application Management

· Have at least 5-7 year of functional experience in the area of Finance





Knowledge:

§ ITIL processes

§ Expert in MS Office XP, Outlook 2003 & related applications..

§ Good accounting skills.
