Permanenet Career Opportunity – Senior SAP FICO Lead Consultant - London ONLY

I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior SAP FICO Lead Consultant with an Investment Bank based in central London. The role is to assist with the architecting, designing, building, enhancing and supporting the core SAP Finance / Procurement platforms and Finance MI systems that underpin the business. The platforms include SAP R/3, SAP BW, SAP Expenses, SAP Procurement and Business Objects.
The candidate will work closely with the Global development team (based in Singapore) and will have day to day interaction with key business stakeholders in Finance Globally, particularly focused on the UK where this role is based.
Person Requirements
Essential:
• Experience in at least two SAP R3 FI/CO implementations in the role of Lead Functional Analyst or Team Lead
• Project Management and Stakeholder skills (incl. stakeholder communication, status reporting etc)
• Strong SAP R3 FI/CO configuration skills and understanding
• Strong understanding of Finance core business processes
• Implementation of new business processes basing on SAP technology (SAP R3 FI/CO)
• Management and hands on involvement in 3rd line support
Ideal:
Experience of upgrade to ECC6 / ECC6 hands on experience
Experience of invoice scanning solutions
ABAP / technical experience to provide additional team support where required
Experience of other modules e.g. Purchasing / SRM or Expenses
