HR MIS Reporting Analyst - Investment Bank - LONDON ONLY

I have an excellent permanent opportunity for a HR MIS Reporting Analyst with an Investment Bank based in central London.
The candidate will be a part of the HR MIS Department which consists of 30 professionals operating globally responsible for delivering MI reports such as; Scheduled, Ad Hoc, Analytical, Senior Management / Executive reporting, Dashboards, Graphs and Charts. The platforms include SAP R/3, SAP BW and Business Objects.
Person Requirements
Essential:
• Strong Team player
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail / come up with innovative solutions quickly
• Prior work experience within the Financial Services (an advantage)
• Proven experience working with HR data
• Worked for a pressurized and fast paced blue chip company (an advantage)
• Manipulation of data using SAP, Data Modelling and Analytics
• Experience of SAP HR, SAP BW and Business Objects
• Experience of the following: MS Access, Excel, Crystal Reports and SQL
