SAP HR Change Manager / SAP Change Consultants

I have an excellent opportunity to work for a Global Bank located in central London. The role includes managing all change responsibilities for a Global HRIT Programme. This contract is working specifically on the absence tracking / time management project ensuring the change is more readily accepted by the business and return on investment is realised. Supporting projects within HR Payroll operations which drive towards an integrated scalable Global HR operations service model creating ‘best in class’ transactional services, including development of ‘self service’ processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify change activities and align with the programme related change drivers.
• Create and maintain the communication and end user training strategy and plan.
• Plan and Conduct Stakeholder analysis with Executive, HR managers and HR Staff.
• Planning and management of the transition to the redesigned (BAU) processes.
• Ensuring that adequate and timely business resources are supplied to the project to support the change stream, in accordance with the agreed plan.
• Liaise with the business regarding transformation issues.
• Maintain business indicators of readiness for the Project execution within a specific country or site during the project Roll-Out.
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 5-8 years experience working as a Change Manager (preferably in an ERP systems project e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Worked on SAP HR projects with Global experience
• Six Sigma is desired but not essential
• Excellent Communication skills
