Finance Manager/ SAP Finance Support

Location: Cheshire
Salary and Benefits: £30k-£35k + Package

Our client:
With an outstanding reputation the world over, my client is currently experiencing an upturn in productivity and as a consequence requires a Finance Manager/ SAP Finance Support specialist to provide SAP process support and analysis to finance users, and to be able to apply these skills without direct supervision. The role will also require work on SAP improvement initiatives.
The role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager responsible for supporting SAP, Filestore applications and Workflow. This role will involve working directly with business users, other IS associates and the SAP implementation partner.
Key Duties Include:
• Problem resolution and finance end user support
• Requirements gathering and confirmation of agreed solution
• Assisting with specification, training and testing of implementation of SAP projects
• Project management
Essential skills and qualifications
• HND/Degree (or equivalent), ideally in a Finance systems related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience working in a similar Finance position supporting end users of SAP software.
• Super user of SAP finance modules.
• Detailed knowledge of the Finance SAP Modules COPA, IM, FI/CO and AA within an integrated SD/LO MM installation.
Desirable skills and qualifications
• Interpersonal skills appropriate to a business support role
• Experience of SAP V6.0
