SAP MM Team Lead with strong ABAP & leadership skills
at SR72 in United Arab Emirates, UAE
A major company in United Arab Emirates (UAE), is currently looking for an experienced SAP MM Team Lead with solid ABAP hands-on experience with solid experience in leading teams and resources. SAP SRM experience is desirable but not essential.
For this exciting role we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Must have:
• Very strong SAP MM R/3 implementation experience; around 10 years of SAP experience
• Hands-on ABAP programming experience
• The personality and experience to lead projects and resources
• Strong background in all Materials Management functions, including inventory management, procurement, materials planning related business processes, preferably in the Oil & Gas industries
The MM and ABAP experience is must have. The following is not essential but nice to have:
· Implementation experience on SAP mySAP SRM -E-procurement solution including sound understanding of SAP XI - Exchange Infrastructure; with at least 1 to 2 full SRM lifecycles experience
· Hands-on SAP workflow configuration experience related to purchasing
· Implementation experiencein SAP BI related to procurement
Your role will include the following:
· Lead the team on business requirements gathering, process mapping, and process documentation
· Responsible for system Configuration and testing, and creating all associated configuration documents, test scenarios and results
· Resolve issues for on-going support of SAP solution - understanding business impact of issue, analysis of possible solutions and implementation of the same
· Provide gap Analysis reports for SAP solution and creating functional specifications for enhancements /modifications
· Provide User training and designing all related tutorials / training manuals
This is a senior position working on exciting on-going SAP projects with great long term potential. Visas will be provided, plus annual return flights for you and your family.
Package is around 30K to 40K AED (dirhams) per month (depending on experience) plus individual and family Health Care Cover.
